    Noway the cap-strapped Wild could take on that much salary. It would be a good trade for the Wild but virtually impossible with the dollars involved.

    Stepan is worth that alone. Absolutely insane to include Nash on top of it.

    I understand that Stepan is easily worth that and more. But Pommenville and Koivu take up 12 million alone so there is noway the Wild could ever take Nash's 7 million and Stepan's 6+ million without being able to move 1 of our aging vets (who all have NTC/NMC). It sucks because I think the Wild are a player or two away from being a true contender, but we have locked up/overpayed too many aging players to go out and sign or trade for a legit play making centerman. I would love to make this trade happen, but as a Wild fan I'm telling you it would almost be impossible from our aspect.

    Canes have absolutely no interest in Marc. We have our core guys on D pretty set. No thanks...
