As a Wings fan I think the 2nd is enough for Glendening. Toronto can keep Borgman.

The amount of salary retained is a bit steep but if that's what it takes to move Daley out and open that roster spot, I say lets do it.

Not a big fan of bringing the wayne train to hockeytown, rather save the cap or spend it on defence imo

Lose the 3rd if you want the Pens to even think about that trade.

Also don't see the point in bringing Simmonds here even for that term with our D core in shambles

Yeah also don’t think signing Simmonds is a good move. Moving LGD I think is not a good idea at this point unless we get something of actual decent value - which a late 2nd just isn’t quite. There’s guys on the wings taking up a roster spot that should be gone long before Luke.
Like the idea of getting rid of Daley though lol

Like it is but just not sure why the Wings trade him. He's actually a solid player for them currently. Basically I'm saying a team should have to overpay or at least the wings get something that is already closer to NHL ready for him
