Not sure how I feel about the trade with Boston. I like Kreider for the most part and Pionk is a RD which is always in demand. It would be nice to move the Backes contract, Miller is a good soldier and would be missed, Axelsson a young former 1st round RD, JFK decent bottom six center potential.

My biggest dilemma is why do the NYR do this? I think Boston would even with the potential cap problems and positional needs.

Bruins pass, thank you. Backes ain't waiving M-NTC, and if you want that trade to go through, take away Pionk, no retain on Backes(if he waives), and turn that 1st into a 2nd. Also, Anderson isn't going to be traded, most likely, but you can have Senyshyn

I agree with you, but Anderson is a 2nd round draft pick. Tbh, I would take Lauko over Anderson, he looks outstanding (I hope I don't jinx it but I see first line potential in him), but that is controversial

If that’s a serious counter over then Rangers hang Up the phone. Taking back double the cap and only getting a 2nd and a falling prospect for a 50 point winger? C’mon man...

Cmon man, you guys need cap to hit the floor once your bad contracts run out. Everyone keep saying Senyshyn is a bust, yes he is, but he is a solid 3rd line 20 goal scorer in his prime. Also, a change of scenario is enough to change him. He is playing 3rd line time in the Providence Bruins since all our other good prospects is shoving him down and he has no where to preform. Kreider isn't going to hit 50 points every year but alright, you can keep that statement. Any and all, its not going to be a fair trade either way.
