    What are the chances of a 4th round pick playing in the NHL and being better than Mitchell who had 11 goals on the 4th line last year?

    Buy out DD? He's worth at least a pick, in fact I'd have him center a 3rd line like he did last year with Weise and Fleischman. For 3.5M you won't find a better puck distributor.

    Fully agree with theroux. Mitchell and DD are useful players, giving them away doesn't add value to the roster.
