Fox has little value. Maybe that of a third rounder. You aren't getting Miller for that.

Given Tampa's cap situation, i'm sure Miller is there most likely option to me moved
I imagine getting Fox on an ELC would be worth it for them

Probably unlikely but i actually pulled this off a Tampa ACGM

I suggested Fox to Tampa earlier. Tampa needs to get rid of cap and they just might "overpay" to get Fox for the 2019/20 season. Otherwise they might have to taken their changes with Fox as UFA in August 2020. So, I think your logic is sound for Tampa and that might be best offer Carolina gets for Fox also.
I just read your previous cap friendly team.....gee I forgotten the exact details. Part of my logic was Fox just might replace Stralman.

Fox is being a prick and will only sign in New York so unless he agrees to sign before hand which I doubt he will he is worthless
