Both of those trades get turned down. Kulikov you’ll be lucky to just get a 6th maybe even a 7th. Also, I think Connor asks for more and Laine does too. Seeing the contracts being given to players such as Matthews and Stone, I doubt Connor takes 7.6 for 8 years and Laine won’t take 8.2 for 8 because of Matthews getting big $

Lets be real here, Laine is not even close to Matthews or Stone. They play a far better defensive game and put up more points. Sorry..... And I think Stone is over paid to be honest.

I can't see Montreal acquiring another 3rd liner that makes 4.1 Million. We need to put that Money in the defense.

He doesn’t deserve their money but that’s gonna be what he’s looking for. Also Stone is definitely not overpaid, he’s arguably the best two way forward rn

I dont know if you have ever heard of this player named Patrice Bergeron.... cause he is the best 2 way forward in the league hands down. Hell, kopitar is better. and so is Marchand.

This season though Stone could be argued to be the best, Bergeron and Kopitar are obviously two of the top dogs in the category but Stone is definitely top 5 and possibly top 3
