Not enough for the Flyers to take Abby and not enough to get Kapenen out of Toronto. Probably asking too much for Frk as well

I figured that the Kapanen trade would be compensation enough to Toronto since the RFA sheet would be giving up a second round pick anyway, so Svech and a 3rd would probably be equal to an offer sheet for Kapanen w/o actually giving up a second. I see where you're coming from with the others as well.

If a player is on LTIR, it's isn't really a cap dump....because it doesn't affect the cap at all. Doubt if the Bruins want a immobile Dman even if Green can play.

I read that he will be out 3-4 weeks with a hairline fracture as of 3/16...this is provided that he will be good to play for next year.

All three trades wouldn't happen. No team will take Abby at 4 million for four years. He is Holland's biggest mistake and one the organization has to live with. Marty Frk isn't worth a 3rd. He's cleared waivers in two straight seasons. Why would a team give up a 3rd when they could have gotten him for free in the last two seasons?

boston doesn't need an offensive defenseman they pass on green for sure. if that would get us kap id do it right now but I dont think it is
