What would it cost to move from 3 to 2

Since NY might like to get Podkolzin, could they consider moving down one spot in exchange of a compensation? What would it take? Boqvist, 2x2nd, Barratt?

If Hughes is number one Kaapo is number 2. I don't see NY trading out of that.

If they want Podkolzin so bad, they should just take him at two. Hawks shouldn't budge from 3 unless they can move up for 1 or make a deal with LA to go down to 5

The Rangers would be fools to pick Podkolzin over Kakko. And the Blackhawks would be fools to give up anything to move up one spot inside the top 3.
