Disclaimer: I DO NOT WANT MALKIN TO BE TRADED.

With the series going as it’s been and being in the twilight years of Sid and Geno, I’m honestly just curious as to what his value is. I would assume he would only waive his NTC/NMC for a team full of Russians, a team in Florida, or a team expected to be Stanley Cup winners.

Top 6 fwd, a 1st and some prospects. Or if pens want to win now, top 6 fwd, 1st, second line C

Good start, Trochek is a pittsburgh kid too i believe. I think pens add a 2nd and its a done deal. Unless Florida is nervous about age. I do belive they are trying to sign the 2 big Russian UFAs aswell.

I’d make that in a second.

McCann-Crosby-Guzental
Huberdeau-Trochek- ______

Move kessel and hornqvist too for futures. Full roster overhaul

That’d be a bad trade for Florida but Malkin sells jerseys and would actually draw fans to their games lol. He’s the third best player of the salary Cap era.

It truly comes down too if they believe Jarry can become something... There current tandem of Luongo and Reimer is absolute garbage, and really holding them back. I didn't realise how good Huberdeau's season was also, a year ago they probably would've done it, idk now.

What would it take though? Malkin Jarry + what for Hub and Tro, or is it just a non-starter?

That's pretty low for a bonafide 1st line center. Think of the package for ROR, but better quality.

Thomas, 1st, Schenn, and one of Bokk/Kyrou/Kostin.

Blues say no then. Maybe if he were in his mid 20s I'd consider it. If the Blues were to give up Thomas it would be in a package for a younger center like Point.
