Can't see Panarin returning without Arty being in the picture. Keep him, and don't sign Dzingel... still leaves plenty of cap for the Strome/Debrincat extensions next year (factoring in a Crawford pay-cut, increase in salary cap, and someone like Murphy being traded).

I do like the idea of that 4th line, had it in my post yesterday too. Their speed could make for a dangerous forecheck and they have some scoring punch as well.

I agree with the not signing Dzingel. And where is Pool Party since you traded for him?

The biggest problem I have with this team is that we're trying to create a scoring 4th line. Where's the PK? Where's the checking line? Who's the shutdown line? I can promis that It's not Kahun and we can't assume Kubalik (the Czech soring leader) is a force defensively either. His game is an offensive game. This just doesn't say "well rounded" to me. It says they're reach the playoffs and be a 1st round exit because they'll score a ton and then get beat down in the playoffs.

I like the idea of moving Kahun to 3RW to play with Saad and Cozens, that way the 4th line can consist of Kubalik/Kampf/ and either Hayden, Caggiula or one of the younger gritty AHL guys... that way the whole bottom 6 is a little more balanced

That 4th line should be a 3rd line. You want a checking physical 4th line not 4 scoring lines. Entwistle and Hayden should be the 4th RW players (until one solidifies themselves for the role) with Kampf and on the LW should be Caggs.

Mitchell and Boqvist are not coming up next year. Boqvist is 90% confirmed. Mitchell hasn't even signed yet which is a pretty clear indication he's playing college again and seeing if the Hawks make a position for him in the future.
