100% agree. People talk **** about him because hes not the traditional shut down defense man. His role is to be the quarterback on the PP and help with offense on the 5v5. Theres arguments against him regarding his +/- and him trying to be too fancy at times but id take him over 85% of defense man in the league

If this was a discussion about only the defensive side of our blueliners then id rank him probably 5th or 6th. Id argue that even Gryz's with his body positioning makes him alittle better but its close. But again, if its overall play, including the PP then Krugs value becomes so much higher

Kuraly made it way better. When he was out they were garbage so yes I watched the games.
