Is anyone on these boards an android programmer.

I've been learning for fun and I was gonna start a project to make a telestrator app.

I wasn't sure if I was going to use FFMEG to to layer effects on top of the video, or to pull the bitmap from a frame of the video, draw on it with a paint function in a texture view and then resume play.
But I'm not sure how to record that since I'm not sure you can play video and record the screen at the same time.

Anyway, if anyone's out there who codes and wants to build with me let me know.
