Overall this looks great, no issues with any of the trades at all. Only issue is you only have 22 players, but like I said looks great

I'd want more of I'm Ottawa. Taking Callahan, if he waives, is a HUGE favor.

Callhan has value but only for a younger team closer or new to the playoffs .. teams like Buffalo . NJ Devils who have #1 pick and his ex team the Rangers .. with #2 pick .. to finish his career. He was not terrible this year but no doubt 2019/2020 will be his last year.

Volkov is a solid, B level-prospect who could probably play on the Sens next year. Connor Ingram was the best goalie in the AHL before his demotion, which was more due to a team dispute than anything on-ice related. Giving up too much more would be an overpayment

While I understand your logic, there are teams that need to hit the cap floor (Ottawa, Carolina, Columbus, New Jersey). Callahan is better suited for one of those teams than to drag down a playoff contender.

Callahan has modified NTC .. you would think he would want to go "near home" or a decent team and Tampa would accommodate as long as trade comp close .. hence Buffalo NJD NYR .. where he was captain ... you would think his NTC teams are all not on East Coast .. Carolina and Montreal would be interesting wild cards also .. but zero doubt in my mind he will be gone: recall he was healthy scratch after ALL star break and in game 1&2 with Erne playing instead.. not sure that didn't hurt him and also another Cooper mistake to me.

Gourde, Johnson, Martel, Conacher all small forwards. That has been the problem for the last two playoffs. Three of the four must go. We keep Pointe but he is another small forward.

Gourde and Johnson have full no-trade clauses in their contracts. Martel is a cheap, depth forward. If you want to get rid of Conacher, that's fine, but you need to replace him with someone else.
