I'll be your first post and say they both look good. I'd love to see Sandford moved.

If I was the oilers I wouldn’t do that.

Im thinking it might take a 2nd and not a 3rd for Tuch/Hague but it's an interesting look. How about Kostin taking Maroon's spot on 3rd line LW?

Why is Vegas doing this? Tuch an important Vegas player with a loyal contract, they are loaded on the LHD, Kyrou is certainly a good prospect, but it would be foolish of Vegas to make this deal.

Doubt either the Knights or Oilers would make these trades.

Not really sure what Jones value is to Edmonton given Nurse and Klefbom being there. This was just a guess.

Cap reasons, that's why. Vegas hasnt been shy about their desire for Karlsson, so why not make room for him? Kyrou is a great prospect and can grow with Glass on the 3rd line next season. Vegas could deal McNabb for a middle round pick to a team that needs his style of play (Winnipeg since Chiarot is a UFA).

I'm not sure he's a LWer. When I watched him during the juniors, he appears all RW. I'm also not sure he's ready yet. He's a young 19 if I remember correctly. I like him a lot more than Kyrou though. I think he'll be a legit power forward. Did you see how nasty he was for Russia in the juniors? The dude's an azzhole on ice. I love it.

He has top 4 potential and is most likely going to be on our third pairing next year. He’s a great puck mover which we desperately need

I'm glad someone besides me likes Kostin more than Kyrou.
Kostin has always played RW or even C at times. Good thing Perron could play both. I'll just switch those two.

Not only cap reasons, Eddy is a perfect shut down LHD for Colin Miller. Miller is great at setting up scoring opportunities, and Eddy can stay back and handle two-on-ones well (if they occur).

Understandable. If the Blues got Hague they wouldn't go after Jones anyway, but I'm more or less playing the market for Sanford.

The Perron move works. Can't wait for Kostin!

With the cap? They can move Haula and Eakin, there are 4-5 more surnames to calmly get into the cap, and all of them without NTC/NMC, I think you underestimate the importance of Tuch for Vegas.

I don't, which is why I want him. Having him on the 3rd line is a luxury. But they need help on the right side of the defense and by all indications GMGM wants Karlsson. They'll need to clear more cap than just Eakin and Haula. Why not get a real good prospect in Kyrou out of the deal?

Now, I do have a couple backup plans associated with this in case Blues would decide to part ways with Petro's services, but am wanting to save that.
