Each forward plays average 25-26 mins and each D man plays 30 mins. I think the forwards could do that but it would tire them out in the long run but 30 mins every game for a D man is really tough and i dont think they could keep that up for a full season. goaltenders would have no problems with the workload.

if you add one more forward and one more defenseman it becomes a lot more feasible (average 22.5 mins/game for forwards and 24 mins/game for D)

obviously this assumes no injuries

Id say 2 more forwards and 1 more dman. Keeping it at as, the players would get worn out very quickly imo

0-82. If they go to three full lines, I bet they could be good. There’s gonna be two guys on the ice that are always gassed in this scenario. They give up 7 goals a game

I think this is feasible now. All of these players are superstars and are used to playing lots of mins.

Forwards can all play 22:30 per game no problem and you would always have an elite line out on the ice.

Defense can play 24:00 per game no problem and you always have an elite pairing on the ice.

this team could make the playoffs easily if the nhl allowed it

The 3rd line will consist of any of the other forwards, I thought it was obvious .

I'm just imagining being a player here and watching one of your teammates get hurt while muttering you lucky prick under your breath.

The back-to-backs, 3 games in 4 days, 4 games in 6 days segments of the schedule would run the team into the ground.
