I don't think Dubas is going to be able to move Marleau, as much as they're going to want to. I also don't think it will be wise to move Nylander after his year, so he stays too

Other than Nate Thompson I think this is pretty good/possible. Sandin likely plays about getting one of those RD as well

This "calling up scratches after the season starts" is meaningless. Call ups still affect the cap. Sorry still at least 2 million needed cut

Carolina could just offer sheet Kapanen for a 2nd round pick instead of trading TVR and a 1st.

Ottawa would make that trade.

Marner will get more than $9M on a 6 year deal.

You are barely under the cap with a 20 man roster, lose stralman and you're good though.
