I think WSH needs to trade Kuz. He seems like he disappears a lot, but then he will have hot stretches where he's on fire. He could bring back a nice haul

He was great until his concussion against WPG, wasn't the same since. But at the end of the day he put up 6 points in 7 games in the series.

You don't trade Kuznetsov when Backstrom is up next year and north of 31 years old. I'm sure he will re-sign but maybe Kuzy should take over that 1C role.

What? All he's done is change and adapt to win a Cup. I full trust in him.

But what if they get a nice haul for him and land someone that can replace Kuz? Its not a realistic idea, but it would be interesting to see what they can get for him

Teams don't trade a 1/2C for another 1/2C and add

Yeah he's definitely a stud player. Just seems to me like he isn't too consistent. But thats just me watching only a handful of WSH games so I can be 100% wrong

Doesn't have to be through a trade. Kuz can land some nice pieces in a trade and WASH can look into FA for another center. Like I said, its not realistic but its interesting to see

Fair enough. Trade him and sign Duchene. IMO, it is their wingers that are the issue. Oshie isn't as good as he used to be and is getting up there, Vrana and Burakovsky were no shows in the playoffs, Wilson isn't a top line player.

Ya Oshie's injuries catching up to him bad. Im a big Burakovsky fan, but just hasn't produced like I think he can. Vrana is going to be a beast imo, especially playing with a solid center. Wilson well........... not a fan lmao

Y’all just won the cup last year and you want to change things after one game 7 loss? In double OT?

Yes because we have issues that need to be addressed

Fair, just remember Washington is still a huge contender and not to go overboard with it.
For example BOLTSLOVER1 wants Stamkos traded for Larkin and two 1st’s

What has he done to warrant not being trusted? I think he's a great GM, he's patient when he needs to be, and makes great tough decisions to make his team better in the long run.
