If you wanna offer sheet someone, go big.
Point, Marner, McAvoy, Tkachuk, Meier, Laine are all on teams close to the cap. Most of them probably wouldn’t want to leave and/or would get matched, but still could work

Oh, I know. Ideally a Meier or Trouba offer sheet at like 7 per would be good
