Bob Murray highly values Manson and what he brings to the team, after watching Nylander float around in the playoffs his stock has dropped.

Question for Leafs fans. What do you guys value Brown at. I've had people tell me a third is fine, a second or nothing, Larsson for Kadri and Brown, and then after a game where Brown scores Brown for Larsson. So what is his value?????

I absolutely get the value that Manson brings, but given that the major Ducks issue right now is offence, having, having a forward core with Getzy, Rakell, Nylander, Silfverberg, Henrique, plus the kids in Steel, Terry, Comtois etc. would make me a lot happier. The D core would still have Fowler and Hampus, with Guhle, Larsson and Mahura playing as well. After that, hit the UFA market and sign 1-2 decent veterans. They could also trade from the surplus depth up front (the 3rd/4th liners), to pick up something tolerable.

Probably also helps to get Nylander out of the Toronto media shadow.

I think both can be called up throughout the season. I think thats too inexperienced of a group on D to have them both up as full time players. Sandin I believe would be first call up, Liljegren 2nd.
