Explanation:

Oilers need a winger for McDavid, Puljujärvi has his shot and failed. Bura was McDavid's jr linemate and has the speed to keep up. This should work for Oilers, especially with Nisk stabilizing their defense. Caps give Puljujärvi a second chance and restocks some draft for their weak farm, especially for forwards. Caps recapture some AAV to make it work for the Oilers.

Samsonov should be full time in with the Bears, making Vanecek expendable. Leafs need a back up to Freddy and give Sparks competition.

No way would GMBM Trade Lindholm for Orlov straight up. Would have to be more to get Lindholm.

Anaheim laughs, Orpik should retire, Djoos more, Vrana gets 3 years most at that cap hit, you overpaid Weal like crazy and we don't even need him, and maybe drop one of the 2nd from EDM

I'm sure EDM would like to do that but won't work with their cap unless they move pieces on that side.

Vanecek is not worth giving away for a 3rd and 4th. He has NHL ability. Now if someone was offering a 2nd it's worth looking into. But for that price you might as well keep him.

Puljujärvi, and two 2nds for Niskanen (1.5M ret) and Burakovsky is poor for the Caps.
