Description

After some comments, I made a few edits to the team. I added helm to the sobotka deal because it seems like he needs a change of scenery and he would add speed to the line up. Thompson will start season in Rochester and get confidence then be called up. I added smith to the risto deal because someone said we needed to add some incentive and I agree. I feel like we fleece New Jersey with the miles wood deal but no one said anything so I guess I’m keeping it. Also, I wanted gudas because when McCabe and bogosian are hurt (which they often are) we have no physical presence at all.

Trades explained: philly needs a RD and I’ve seen their gms where they trade konecny for a lot less... also took on salary

New Jersey needs another defenseman IMO and wood is expendable

CBJ wants wennberg out ASAP

It is unlikely that Philly will agree to this deal.

Absolutely no reason to move Franzen. LITR he costs nothing against the cap. If your looking to dump him I think he's worth a 3rd rd pick.

I think everyone sleeps on how good Miles Wood is. I’m happy more of these GM sims are including him. I don’t know if Philly would jump at that offer, might need to add incentive.

I added cj smith to the deal now and I feel like konecny for risto is almost fair and with buffalo taking on the MacDonald and gudas contracts we deserve a 2nd especially when I add smith
