Buffalo already has the 2019 4th (SJS) acquired, the condition is if you would like to retain it (take it from BUF) you'd have to provide a 2020 3rd to BUF as compensation. Note that the condition states a 2020 3rd, but does not specify which 2020 3rd round pick. I believe if SJS acquired another 3rd round pick, it would be SJS's decision as which one it could be.

Also, you've opted to sign EK65 to SJS, so you'll have to compensate OTT with your 2021 2nd (SJS) as part of the trade conditions made prior to May 10, 2019.

I take it when 1 waiver option is used (either by selecting a player on waivers or from ELC IRL), then that team's waiver priority drops to the 32nd rank (last priority), right? This would be just for the off-season until actual team ranks in game begin to set the waiver priority as usual again, yeah?

That is the plan. Just need to figure out which of us BOG members is going to take this one on the chin and be the waiver manager @Gronk @l9guysports @Bo53Horvat @TabooPenguo
