San Jose doesn't have the cap space. & yes Vaakanainen is as close to an untouchable for a prospect as you can get from Boston. Unless you massively overpay, Kreider is not an overpayment. Namestnikov probably gets you more than a 3rd though

If the bruins refuses to even consider moving vaak for stone, they aren’t moving him for Kreider.

Also think you’re picking the wrong team for shatty. San Jose wouldn’t take him

VAN says no. We're rebuilding, no need to trade away a 3rd rounder for a 26 yr old

Any team is the wrong team for Shatty. No one wants him, and you can’t blame them. I legit scrolled to a random team with my eyes closed and clicked.
I was pretty sure Vaakananienen was untouchable, and that’s now confirmed so rip.

We’ll send him somewhere else then, just keep in mind he got 31 points playing 3rd and 4th line minutes. And not to mention his solid defensive play.

Chose San Jose randomly and I doubt Namestnikov gets more than a 3rd. Maybe a decent prospect + 3rd?
