I'd like a bit more for Brown from Edmonton, just to see what you can squeeze outa them. Maybe its another late pick or two, or an outright upgrade to a 2nd.

Kadri is at a low point value wise, why move on from him when comparable players make much more? just look at RoR before the breakout he had this year. As I wouldn't move on from him for anything less than peak value, Leafs easily say no. Ducks likely say no as well as they don't have an oversupply of RHD anymore.

I don't see a fit for either team in the hawks trade. Hawks need a centre, Leafs need a LW, they both trade from their position of weakness for a position of strength? Not likely.

i like kardi and the salary. i just see him as a player to move out in order to free up space for a defenceman. i feel nylander and marleau trades are unlikley which is why i chose to trade Kadri

Ducks decline, they are trading away there only right shot top pairing dman for Kadri.
