Y'all would be better suited to build through the draft. Look at the roster Stevie built in Tampa. Their best players are all TBL draft picks. For example:

Stamkos, Kucherov, Hedman, Vasilevskiy, Point, Cirelli, Paquette, and Palat (among others). They trade to acquire other assets through draft/prospect capital. Signing all these UFAs just will cause issues in the future with re-signing your guys on ELCs. Ask Toronto how that's worked out for them.

Both Panarin and Karlsson will get 7 x 11 You're way underpaying both players.

I think Panarin would look to get Kucherov money (especially if he lands in FLA with the tax consideration). He's a W, so he won't get C money. Maybe he gets closer to $10mm/year than 9.5mm.

EK65 is really playing himself out of money. His numbers are good, but his groin must be worse off than everyone thinks. He's pretty slow to get back. He's probably closer to $10.5mm/year,

In either case, I bet both make it to FA, so they can only get 7 years from their current teams (8 years pre-July 1st, 6 years with new teams post July 1st). Good shot that both only sign 6 year contracts (especially in the Karlsson case).

Lucic has a NMC. So no matter what team he is on that team has to protect him.
