What do you see in Francouz that you don't get in Starrett? Seeing as Starrett outdueled Francouz in the playoffs already, is younger and has better stats, I'm confused as to why you want the lesser goalie as your starter and the better goalie doesn't even get signed.

Also, Sekera is healthy, you can't put him on LTIR.

Just you. He has averaged 7 goals and 21 points per season over the past 3 years. After his incredible post-season where he helped Washington with a single assist in 7 games... nah, he's not going to get paid this summer.

Eriksson has 0 hits in Vancouver. He isn't willing to put his body on the line for team success. Lucic has 1 more year on contract, but that ain't worth a 3rd. At this point we need the contract gone as fast as possible. Not 3 years down the road
