TOR matches that - and I don't think Kapanen is the type of winger we're going after. Dzingel makes more sense.

Defense makes sense assuming we aren't trading Gus.

I think Arty is better than Rodrigues overall. I'd also like to see more from From (no pun intended) before we trade him. I'd also target Dzingel in free agency over Kappy like Orionus said.
