Marner will sign with Habs, but it'll cost Mtl at least $12 mill, to prevent a T.O. match.
Gotta overpay 2 steal.

Yes I do. And maybe they do maybe they don't. Does Toronto want to make Marner the highest paid winger in the NHL while paying Tavares Matthews and then having to pay Reilly.

Kane makes $10.5M.. both would be the highest paid wingers. $10.5M is still in the budget to sign Marner and be able to sign guys later on. That's nothing.

Got news for you? It's been widely reported that the Marner camp wants $11.5 million per, No way he's signing an OS for any thing less then McDavid money if not more.
