I would say NJ says no because Schenn is also on an expiring contract and I doubt he would resign in New Jersey, and they have their top 2 centers of the future anyway

Bad deal for NJ. Giving up our best dman and offensive player for a terrific dman a player unproven and a 2nd? No way. Bad trade for NJ and STL fans will be cheering and NJ fans will be calling for Sheros job.

The Hall scenario is different than the Tavares situation. Tavares was stuck with Garth Snow but Hall is with Shero. Hall is expected to resign and the probability of him resigning is much higher than Tavares with the Islanders.

That’s better but We want more than Kyrou and a 2nd. If Kyrou fails it’ll be Piets for Hall and Sevo. I say maybe Pietrangelo Scwartz Robert Thomas Dunn and a 2nd for Hall and a 3rd

I think that’s a little much, from the blues I’d say something along the lines of petro w an extension, Klim Kostin, 2020 1st top 5 protected and Zach Stanford for Hall w extension and John Quenville

I think teams trading for Hall will want to agree on an extension before committing to any deal

One year left on deal. I’m not trading big time prospects for him . But if buffalo pulled it off this is what I would do.

To buffalo:Taylor hall, 2022 first round pick

To devils: Marco scandella (50percent retained) our next 2 second round picks plus devils choice in either -our 2019 (sj)first round pick or Alex nylander

Not when he has one year left on his contract. Only reason Stone was had for Brannstrom is because Stone agreed to an extension. My offer was way more than fair.
