Why are caps fans trading Kuzy. I have seen multiple trades on here involving him

yeah it's definitely a good question. Personally, I didn't like the way Kuzy played in the playoffs. He was uninspired and uninvolved. During the season as well, he tended to be a passenger and I don't like that. He's incredibly talented for sure and incredible player in the leagye, but I just think the caps can get good value for him and get a player that might have a little more edge and fight in them. I just personally value involvement in a player's game and I think that is not Kuzy's strong suit. If the caps move on from him at this point in his career, there is a good trade out there to be made. What's your perception of Kuzy, I'm always curious as to how other people view him

He was insane in last year’s playoffs tho, don’t trade him based on 7 games you didn’t like

for sure i agree...you never want to be too overreactive just because of a small sample size. And that's probably good enough reason not to trade him. However, Kuzy in general does tend to be a little more patient and picky about when he chooses to get involved as opposed to a harder-nosed player.

not sure if they are good trade fits so would be hard for me to do that. I went through all the teams that would be a good fit for Kuzy and the caps and Sabres would be hard to make work.

Hard "No" from Winnipeg. I don't see them Moving another 1st or Vasaleinen.

They are desperate for another center and they barely lose a roster spot. Yes they lose trouba, but they gain another RD. The only roster spot they lose is Roslovic's.

IMO Burakovsky isn't worth his $3.25M QO number, and if he doesn't sign a lessor contract he'll become a UFA. For this reason I don't think you'll get anything more than a conditional pick for him.
