Description

Over paying for Edler so that he comes is tough to do but would be worth it if he stays healthy, the Spezza signing gives the Habs a big center that can win faceoffs, and help on the PP likely wants more money tho, he will allow Danault to be more offensive while providing leadership to KK and Poehling.
With remaining cap spend it on minor league RFA's.
I also like the idea of using cap space to get a high pick or A level prospect by taking on Ryan Callahan's and buying him out. The Habs can afford to buy him out while Tampa can't and they could get a pretty good piece from Tampa if they're willing to solve their cap problem. Cheers
