If we’re talking about positional needs one could argue that Kakko fills a positional need better than
Bryam If Kakko was on the board.

I’m still all in on Bryam because I believe he is the BPA at number 3, but my point is that in this scenario no way Kakko goes 4th.

Anaheim is desperate for RhD, so they would take Victor Soderstrom with the St. Louis pick. Too bad that's now one of the last four in the first round.
