Yep, I thought about it. I'm just wondering if the Panthers are willing to go there at 13th. It seems early, but for a guy who clearly as no.1 potential, I think it would worth it. At least the need is clearly there. And it's all depending on the Bobrovsky rumors tho.

Even if they take 30 well 31 in Sept year old Bobrovsky they still going to need a future goalie. I don't think they can trust getting him in the second round 52 second over all and will have to pull the trigger. Anyways thats my opinion ...

The Wild apparently really like Knight according to Michael Russo. I wouldn't be a fan of it, but I could see us taking him at 12 or otherwise adding another pick in the top 15 and selecting him (which I wouldn't mind).

Las Vegas is desperate for RhD, so I don't see him going there. Calgary at 26, Carolina at 28 or 29 and Boston at 30 or 31 are all possible. If he's still there in the second round, he goes to Ottawa or Carolina.

Only way I'm happy taking him at 12 is if we move Spurgeon to Philly for 11 and take a stud center or Caufield, otherwise I'll be pissed. We need skaters way more than goaltenders since Kahkonen looked really good in Iowa this year (he went to the AHL All Stars as a rookie and won the top goaltender award). Doesn't hurt to add another goalie if you have the draft capital, but right now we don't.
