I think so too. If I were Montreal, I would be nervous loosing Drouin's speed and talent: He's a player that
could take off, and if he does the Habs would regret trading him. Gostisbehere is a necessary evil for them, but he makes mistakes as well: He's an offensive defensive player and the fans there need to remember that.
I think taking Brayden Point from Tampa is possible, as they are in a serious cap crunch. I am not saying it
will happen, but I think it is possible, and while some may view this roster and say that he would never sign with the Canadiens, it should be noted that he just might: The Canadien's surprised this year, and Point would be one of, if not the top offensive drivers and stars on that team (Instead of playing third fiddle to Kucherov and Stamkos in Tampa). Again, I am not saying that it will happen, I am just saying that it's more possible than people think.
FInally, I am not sure that Juulsen and Ikonen get a first-round pick from Florida. What I do know is that Florida is looking to spend money this year on a goaltender and forward, while also improving their defense, which was porous this year. Juulsen provides cap-certainty and is a young, former first round talent. He'll never be a first pairing player, but he's absolutely projecting to be a good, solid 2nd pairing player. The Habs can get away with this because they have two young, right-shooting defensemen that are (most likely) ready for 3rd pairing minutes (Brooks and Fleury), or could simply pay for a cheap replacement (Likely Folin, who've they have already signed, or Benn). Coupling him with Ikonen may be something that could entice the Panthers, however I assume the Canadiens' will have to sweeten the pot with another pick from that draft (Maybe the 3rd) to get that done.
(I am not taking this too seriously. It'll be fun to see what every team does from the week before the draft through the opening weeks of free-agency. All I know is that I don't know, and neither does anybody.)
