How about Toronto getting Wennberg instead? That trade for Nylander is not good.

Leafs want nothing to do with that trade. It makes them a lot worse. As well, they don't want prospects or draft picks, they're trying to win now. That's a steaming pile of garbage for Toronto.

For Seth Jones? Probably. For Josh Anderson and Savard, likely.

I’d rather keep Gavrikov tbh. Maybe Nuttivaara, Savard and Anderson for Nylander and Zaitzev would be a better trade. Nuttivaara is a solid depth guy who’s good in his own zone and can play both the right and left side on D.

Jones would cost Marner. And I don’t think either team would be willing to make that trade.

I think they would be willing but I dont think Jones or Marner are going to be sold ever..

Yeah. That’s what I mean. Jones is the best player in Columbus and Marner is one of if not the top player in Toronto.

Oof.. I dont know.. valuewise it seems about right but I dont think moving Nylander is good idea for Leafs.

I agree with above, it seems balanced but I just don't want the Leafs to lose Nylander. I think he's the kind of guy you would regret dealing for sure. Those two D don't really thrill me, Nuttivaara has been pretty sheltered and not put up the best numbers, he seems to be basically Travis Dermott, which the Leafs already have (he's also a lefty). Savard would be handy to have, but not at that price. Very interesting deal though.
