Really wanted him in Ottawa. Formenton-Pageau-Nygard would have been a wicked fast 3rd line.

It;s a solid pick up. They need more like this to turn the team around. They need to look high and low for help at this point. Should be interesting to see what he does.
Very solid signing too as it's only a 1 year deal. No risk here really.

1 year 2 way contract. If he performs well could be with McDavid or Draisaitl or being riding the bus in the AHL most of the year to getting adjusted to North America style of game. Either way great signing by Holland and company!!
