Meier is gonna be a minimum $6M AAV I bet.
Pavelski and Nyquist will both be looking for more $$ then that.
That would have to be the most ridiculously expensive defense in the league.. Lol
Not sure Ryan Miller could still handle starter duties anymore.

Def wont happen. think after E Kane burned out with the Jets and Buffalo you guys might be on the hook there. def dont see carolina giving up 1st and a 2nd for him and goalie they dont need.
agree with Miss. Pavelski gonna want to get paid and so will Nyquist.

I wouldn't give Tyler Myers 3 mil, I also wouldn't play him over Heed. Keep that money and put it into all the contracts you signed below market value!

I could see Pavelski signing for 5.5 given his age and a hometown discount

Yeah you're right he might, Nyquist would definitely more then $4.7 though.

They won't re-sign Nyquist, though

I'd actually argue that Carolina needs a goalie. If they don't get Bobrovsky, Jones has to be the next best option. Also, Carolina can use Kane's offense

I'd like Nyquist as a 3rd or 4th liner in a realistic roster

If The Sharks re-sign Nyquist, a 3rd rounder becomes a 2nd rounder

Also, he just bought a new house on the east coast, he was a rental
