That looks like a stacked team.

Do you think Kubalik is gonna step into the NHL next season and pull a Kahuun?

I think he will be like a combination of Panarin and Kahun. At least for what I saw at the world the guy can snipe, and Kane will find him.

Tampa isn't giving up a 1st for Callahan. At most Raddysh or a 2nd would be going along with him. Also, Turcotte is committed to Wisconsin so he would be playing in Madison for at least one year. If he drafts Turcotte, Bowman should go out and trade for a 3C on an expiring contract like Eakin or Pageau to fill the spot, and then let the go to make way for him.

One small thing I would be concerned about is Perlini on the bottom line. I think if he's going to make the team, it will be in a top 9 role, and if he isn't cut out for that he gets traded. Better to fill that slot with someone more defensively capable, like Entwistle or even Sikura if he bulks up a bit.

Otherwise, I really like the look of this lineup, I would be really happy if this is what Bowman gives us (though I very much doubt he'll go after Marner).

Kubalik will play for Ambri-Piotta in 19-20 - or have there been signs that he could step in the NHL this year?!

He has a contract in Ambri, but everyone here in Switzerland is expecting him to leave. I thinke he's capable to pull a Kahun if he plays in the top 6. His talents would be wasted on a 3rd or 4th line.

Anaheim is not getting another overpaid #3C, no team will pay him a 2nd, CBJ refused to pay a 3rd for him

Leafs will match the Offer Sheet one way or the other, no way they let Marner walk

His skill is on similar level like Vrana's from Wsh, Kubalik is more complex, slower and better physically from what I saw on world cup.

Kahun also needs to be resigned and Delia has to prove that he´s #1 worthy - otherwise CHI will have to sign a goalie, too.

Kubalik could really be a gem for the Hawks. Been watching the guy slaughter every goalie in the Swiss league in the past year and a half, and he's definitely ready for the NHL. Speed, skill, work ethic, can use his physique... the guy has it all. Once they put him up with Kaner, they'll realize how good he is. I see him having more impact than Kahun to be honest. Give Kubalik some decent TOI in the top six and he'll shine

Paolo Duca (Ambrì's GM) has been pretty straight forward in stating that Kubalik won't be playing for Ambrì Piotta next season

Don't know why any team would want make Marner the second highest player in the league. The Hawks would likely have carry some bonus money into next year. Then the Hawks would be situation where they have a cap issue signing Debrincat.

I think he has the ability to be a top 6 player on the Blackhawks.

There are rumors that he has already agreed to terms with Chicago.

Callahan’s contract is up = +5.8 in space
Crawford’s contract is up =+ 3 mil after pay cut
Should be easy to move Saad or Murphy based on prospects coming up. +4-6 million
Cap could go up significantly with Seattle entering the league.

Perhaps DeBrincat signs a bride deal worth 6 mil? Strome at 4.5?

If anyone then Bowman, he started the overpayment trend, only Chiarelli and Dubas followed.......

I wouldn't be surprised if Strome took $3.5 mil bridge just to stay in CHI with Cat. Guy knows the value of playing on the right team. Don't want to mess with chemistry.

Dubas should actually look at Bowman and take some notes.
Bowman gave Toews and Kane the following:
same amount of money;
he signed them simultaneously;
he made Toews a captain;
and built a team around those guys. (plus they only start making $10.5 after 3 SC).

Dubas neglected all those things. Plus brought 28 year old $11m Tavares with NMC.
Thats like a big f*** you to both Marner and Mathews. And all those shenanigans with Nylander. Jeez, couldn't sign him, should have traded him.
If I were Marner, no amount of money will keep me in TOR, I'd play anywhere quite honestly.

Turcotte will be a Badger for at least a year (and probably two given that Granato has had his three prior first rounders stay two years, and considering the team that will be in Madison in 2020-21)
