Not sure on the Kessel valuation but HOLY is that a stacked top 9 Forward core.

Not sure Florida is in a position to spend near the cap. I know they are going to spend money but their revenues are awful and budget is one of the lowest in the league. That said, could see them grabbing Bob and Panarin but they are going to move a big contract or two if that happens.
