None of these are very realistic -
Philly - Over last 4 years Ghost has more points than Drouin. Drouin seems like he is a 20/30 guy or thereabouts. The one thing Claude hates more than skilled forwards, is skilled dmen.
Arizona - No, no, no. This is basically saying the RIGHTS to Lehkonen are worth a 1st. What will his AAV be? 2-3m? That is not a 1st round pick. Alzner and his horrid contract has so much negative value it cannot be understated. You don't get a top 70 pick and to dump Alzner's contract for the rights to a player who is pretty much a bottom 6 forward. Not happening. Apply the same logic you used in your Tampa deal.
Tampa - Again you get a 1st pick for ONE year of Callahan. Value wise they would be better him out and keeping the pick. For arguments sake, let's say the Volokov for 2nd is a wash as he was a 2nd rd pick who has been fairly productive as 20 & 21 year old in AHL - Why would they trade a young under control player who is cheap for a pick. They have cap issues, they need cheap guys who can play, not picks who would take 3 years to develop. Reilly is just another guy. hundreds of them out there guys who really should be 6th, 7th or 8th dmen.
FLA - Hudon has virtually no value - a 4th or 5th? so those wash - Reimers contract isn't good, but it isn't worth 14 spots in the 1st round.
OTT - Sure, I guess who cares, but OTT probably doesn't want an equally sucky player who is 2 years older. I'd keep the younger guy just cause maybe he could develop.
EDM - Maybe, but I do not think there is any chance the Oilers trade away the 8th pick to shed his contract. This one is reasonable, but I think Edm would look to move Sekera and/or Russell this year and try to wait out Lucic a bit. Just from a value perspective. Sekera or Russel could get you something in return rather than costing.
