I was looking at Ilya Samsonov's waiver status, and saw that he was credited with 52 games played last year, when he actually only played 26. I checked a few other ELC goalies, and the waiver numbers are correct on Igor Shesterkin and Gilles Senn, but the doubling games played also occurs for Cayden Primeau, Michael DiPietro, and Adam Werner. I opened the search up to non-ELC goalies, and it looks like the doubling occurs as well for Matiss Kivlenieks, Adin Hill, and Alex Nedeljkovic (though Hill is non-waiver exempt due to seasons), but doesn't occur for Alex Georgiev or Kaapo Kahkonen or Thatcher Demko. It seems weird that both Demko and Hill age out of waivers, but one's games double and the other's doesn't, but I'm guessing it's some sort of database issue.

I checked some forwards/defensemen and didn't see any similar issues, so I think it might be contained to goalies.

Not as much as cap error as it is an omission. Can't find 1st round pick in 2020 for NYR, Braden Schneider in the AGM.

That's a tricky one because he is signed to a contract beginning next season, I'll see what we can do

Oh ok didn't realize. But what if the user ends up trading him in a package for Jack Eichel this year? awesome face

The easiest method right now I believe would be to create him as a custom player and then trade that custom player

When making a Carolina team, the reserve list isn't loading for signing reserves.

Ruslan Iskhakov's rights expiry date on the NYI reserve list (https://www.capfriendly.com/teams/islanders/reserve-list) is currently Aug 15, 2022, like he would still be a NCAA player. Since he isn't playing in the NCAA anymore and is playing in Europe, shouldn't it be Jun 1, 2022 now?

No problem! Noticed couple of more things on the reserve lists that I find a bit confusing, not sure if I'm correct or not:

On the Coyotes reserve list Valentin Nussbaumer is listed as "Indefinite" in terms of draft rights expiry, but, if I remember correctly, Switzerland has signed the transfer agreement with the NHL some time ago, should it still be "Indefinite" then?

On the Blackhawks reserve list Ivan Nalimov is also listed as having right expiry date as "Indefinite", yet he isn't playing in the KHL anymore, as he has signed in the AHL, I suspect it also might be not the "Indefinite" case anymore.

Jack Drury's new contract with the Hurricanes is listed as a "Standard contract" right now, but I would presume it's actually an ELC.

re: Nussbaumer, i don't think the new transfer agreement that was signed is retroactive to previous drafts, so his rights would still technically qualify as 'indefinite.'
re: Nalimov, he may have an AHL contract, but the reserve lists specifically refer to signing rights for NHL contracts. in that respect, Nalimov still hasn't ever signed an NHL contract with the Blackhawks, so his rights should still qualify as 'indefinite.'

Year 4 (2024-25) of Heiskanen's new contract shows him earning $1.1 million in the minors, rather than $11 million.

Looks like Reserve Lists need a cleanup...

Reserves that have reached their 27th birthday are still present.
Unsigned players who left college last year are still present.
Some players are missing MUST SIGN BY dates and are not listed as INDEFINITE either.

Not exactly a cap error, more like a FAQ error, but hope it is still the right place to post it.

Here (https://www.capfriendly.com/faq#elc) It says that "Players younger than 25 years of age as of September 15 during the year of their first NHL contract must sign an entry-level contract", but according to the NHL CBA 9.1(c) for European players that age is higher (28 years), so I thought some correction might be needed there.
