I thought he might be a decent Simmons sub in... plays a gritty game, seems like a flyers type to me ,.. but not sure what shaws value is.. actually liked him this past year. armia is a possible replacement for him, For the record also like lehk. but do not see how this team can have all of Byron, Shaw, Armia, Lehkonen. (while adding a forward) Think they have to pick 2.

If I were a betting man, Puljujarvi is headed down the Yakupov path. Greater scouting minds than mine would have to decide whether to trade Lehkonen for Puljujarvi makes sense. Hudon and Friberg are of no consequence, but not sure the sweetener pick is needed.

I agree with an earlier comment that you're way overpaying for Gostisbehere. Honestly, the Habs #1 (15th overall) would almost be enough.

Fair enough. We will see if he gets traded and what for. My first offer would be a third rd. But It will take a similar package from a team.. 4.5 mil cap, top pairing, younger(26ish) best year of 65pts .. .. I would be willing to go that high on a trade now.. Rather than not filling the void at all.(more likely) or signing Gardner for 6mil plus( hope not)
