Hawks need to keep the DeBrincat - Strome - Perlini line intact. That line was amazing down the stretch.

I think its an overpay for Sheary. Every BUF ACGM treats him as a cap dump and sell him off cheap. A third/fourth would be enough on its own to get him.

Perlini's consistency really worries me. Apparently it's been a problem since he was drafted and that was five years ago. I know that the DeBrincat - Strome - Kane is unlikely to ever happen, but I'm not totally sure Perlini is a long term solution on the 2nd line. I liked Kahun there tbh, but they want to tie him to Kubalik

I have no problem trading perlini I think he could bring back a decent return as part of a bigger package but he alone is probably worth more than sheary. I like that pick up but we could get him for just a mid-late pick

I agree with this. Perlini SHOULD sign a team friendly deal. Hopefully it's a 2 year deal and a reasonable cap.

@ForsbergForVezina Agreed that he's been inconsistent. That's truly his biggest knock. I want to see his linemates stay consistent for a little while before I judge. That's huge part of development that AZ was doing a TERRIBLE job of for both these guys. Strome was just awarded the #2C role with Debrincat due to his time in Erie. I think matching Kahun with Kubliak and Perlini with Debrincat/Strome can help the team as a whole.

If that's what works, I'm all for it. I'd love to see how it works out over the course of a full season after camp and everything

From what I've seen out of him, there seems to be a lot more offense there, maybe at the expense of some of Caggiula's physicality.

that is because most sabre fans only watch the game when some one cheers and do not observe how much a player contributes. He is fast, works hard, goes into the dirty areas, and has a good shot. I agree that is an over payment, but he is worth at least a 3rd. I would love to make this trade.
