The Ducks do not want Sutter and his contract whatsoever.

Zucker is a 40 point guy making 5.5 million against the cap who hasn't shown up in the Playoffs in any of his appearances. I really hope the whole thing blows over.

I could see Minnesota being interested if Cozens, Dach, or Zegras where available at 10.

I wouldn't think Callahan would waive, but I think both teams would be interested if he did though.

Jets would maybe do a deal like that, not neccessarily this deal but something close

Stars trade could happen, if it was sweetened a bit with a higher/another pick or prospect.

I think moving Sutter involves taking back an unwanted contract or retaining 40-50% if the Canucks want to move him this offseason.

With the way he plays, I could see him being very productive on a line with Pettersson. He drives the net, and with Boeser and Pettersson shooting, he can get rebounds. He also can get tap-ins from Pettersson threading the needle on passes. Im not crazy about him, but if the rumours are true, it sounds the Canucks are very high on him.

Yeah, I really just couldn't think of a team to ship him to tbh. Probably requires us retaining salary wherever he goes

Yeah, the Zucker trade would definitely need to happen right before the 10th pick, if there is a player there that the canucks don't particularly want, but one the Minnesota does want. In terms of the Callahan deal, I doubt he waives too, but I think the would serious interest both ways if he would.

Jets, I was struggling to think of what we could send back since Vesalainen is a top prospect, but I figured that Kole Lind was a fair middle ground for the deal. Kulikov could be useful for the canucks until the deadline where they could flip him with retained salary, and then bring in Juolevi.

what would you suggest? Vancouver needs Top 6 scorers, and Zucker seems to be the most available, and at a reasonable yearly salary
