It's too much for Pageau. That 2nd round pick is a solid pick. I would rather keep AA.

Not to mention David Kampf is the solidified 4C and he's not even signed here. In addition, not enough cap room for next offseason.

Why trade Murphy? why sign Gardiner? Boqvist is a big question mark for next season, but even if he plays, he will not replace Murphy next season for sure.

And where the hell is Kubalik? Replace Panarin with Kubalik.

I actually like the idea of trading Anisimov for Pageau, but this is definitely too much. Pageau can be a solid 3C for a year while we wait for Turcotte, then let go in the offseason or traded at the deadline, but I would trade at most AA and Forsling or a 4th.

Pretty good overall, but it is too much for JG Pageau. Plus, I do think the Hawks select Byram at 3, but who knows honestly.

Problems I have with this:
1. No need to sign Gardiner
2. I don't think Forsberg and Forsling will do anything worthy of keeping them.
3. No need to trade Murphy.
4. No cap to sign Strome and Cat next year.
5. I know people already said this but get rid of the 2nd.
