You want Spurgeon, start with your 2019 1st, or Konecny, or Patrick.

Meh, the Pens seem fairly desperate to move him, it's basically been rumbling on for over a year now. I'm not sure the Pens have the kind of leverage they want. The Zucker deal was essentially because the Wild seem insistent on moving him too. This opens up a lot of cap space, I think a decent prospect and the 11OA pick is a reasonable return all things considered.

I think Ghost and a 1st round pick is plenty for a guy with 1 year left. Ghost just had a poor year and was about 6 points behind Spurgeon. I know points aren't everything and Spurgeon is the better player but Ghost isn't some sort of cap dump. He also saves you cap and is signed for another 4 years.

I'd be hesitant on Spurgeon for more than that, hes coming off career year.

I want no part of Kessel, floater (in more ways than one)

Maybe point-wise, but he’s been a great player for years!

Ghost and a first for Spurgeon? Is Spurgeon really worth that much?

I subscribe to the opinions that he's one of the most underrated defensemen in the league (plus he's a righty which is an added bonus).

I love Ghost and really don't think we should move him but I wondered what the biggest (most reasonable?) changes for the most skilled team I could make.
