As a Leafs fan I would likely do that trade. Not huge on Benning, so would prefer a 3rd and 5th round pick. I think it is time to move on from Sparks

I like Benning so I would certainly change the deal as you have suggested. BIG yes from Edmonton's perspective.

I'm thinking Holland will probably give him something like $1.2M on a 2 year deal. Puljujarvi will get a little more and Burakovsky less (both $ and term) than what he is signed for above.
