Why would Edmonton give up nurse and jeese and picks for a RFA when they could just offer sheet him and Winnipeg wouldn't be able to match?

Yeah never going to happen, No way is Trouba signing long term with crap hole Edmonton. Especially seeing he doesn't want to play in Canada. And now that Holland is their GM even more reason for Trouba to say hell no.

Because Holland isn't trading for Trouba's right? Maybe if he were still GM of Detroit. There can be tons of teams going after him and i'm sure Edmonton is one of them. But it doesn't mean that Trouba has any interest outside of a one year rental there.
