Needs more time, but Peg would take him off your hands if you didn’t want to take a chance lol

Break out year, draft if you play fantasy, injury in his draft year, delayed him, will be two healthy summers in a row, I would have sent him back to junior in year 1 on health and keep his confidence up. I think philly a team on the rise, and he’s going to be a part of it

Is it really a good idea though?
I'd pity a kid from Winnipeg playing for the Jets, fickle fan base would run him out of town.

I like his potential and what he could bring. I would rather have Frost but I see Patrick being moved before Frost ever does.

Believe there are 4 other 2017 draftees who played more NHL games than Patrick. Are those lightly used or never NHLers busts? Now right now maybe the Flyers wished they drafted another players at # 2, maybe Makar or Peterssen but that doesn't make Patrick a bust.

A player whose still on his ELC, cannot be a bust.

Ya I don’t think toews would even go unscathed if he had become a jet at a earlier point in his career, one of those places, that always appreciate the lunch bucket crew, and the shine always wears off at some point in wpg, the early trade of selanne left him about the only one that survived with no wrath, maybe numinen, everybody else has taken some shots over the years.

Too early to tell. From what I've seen he has been really inconsistent. He flashes brilliance, but hasn't been able to make that brilliance an every-game occurance. I still think he can become a 70p 1C

He will slowly develop into a very good 2C/1C potential.

I agree to early to label him a bust. I probably would've sent him to the AHL for a few games just to build up his confidence.
