Moves with PHI EDM WSH CAR and DET

Description
I know that Patrick is very likely not going to be moved. Philly would honestly be pretty stupid to move a 20-year old, recent 2 OA pick. That being said, just hypothetically assume that they do decide to move him, what is the asking price? I know this isn't probably going to be exactly what Philly would be asking, but starting with the package I have outlined here, what would need to be added?

Was gonna say the same thing. No way the Oilers are giving their big, 6'4 RW who just recently turned 21 for a winger who didn't score a goal last year.

Reiders RFA rights for Nichuskins rights makes sense and the value is there. Reider is the better skater and defensive player, while Nishuskin has the size and shot. Pretty clear that both of these guys need a change of scenery.

The reason I used Puljujarvi here is because of the statement that came out recently saying he wanted out of Edmonton.

Yes, Nichushkin didn't score this year, but he's also the only one of the two that has had success at the NHL level. His time at the NHL, prior to his Russian exodus, was actually pretty decent for a teenager. Giving him a change of scenery could reignite that portion of his career. His stats in the defensive end were stellar this year, and he still plays a pretty quick game for his size. With retained salary (probably should have retained 50%. Oops), this is a very low risk/high reward move for both teams, especially considering the fact that Nichushkin only has 1 year left on his contract.

Pass form Carolina,

TVR more valuable than Oleksiak, and Pitlick is not worth a 3rd pick (and our bottom six is fine anyway)

That's fair. What would Carolina be looking for in return of TVR? Stars need a 3RD that's not Roman Polak...

I don't know if they will get ONLY roster players, but I do agree that they aren't really looking towards the future right now. Faksa is obviously an every day player. Dellandrea COULD be ready this season. He'll get his 9-game tryout for a team to decide on that. If not, then he goes back to the OHL and he's ready next year. Not too much of a future projection. I don't know if a team is going to be able to deal 3+ roster players that will satisfy Philly's needs. You know?

Which is exactly why there is almost 0 chance Patrick is going to be moved.

Oh I completely agree that there is a 99% chance he's still wearing orange next season. You can even read that in the "team description" box. Just playing from a purely hypothetical scenario here. I got bored watching the Bruins massacre the Blues, so I hopped on here for some fun tonight.
